Slope and Retaining Structures. All slopes, slope treatment works, retaining walls and other structures (if any) within or outside the Lot, the maintenance of which is the liability of the Owners under the Government Grant or this Deed.

Slope and Retaining Structures mean the slopes, slope treatment works, earth retaining structures, retaining walls or other related structures within or outside the Lot and the Development (as are for identification purposes only shown coloured Orange and Pink on the Slopes and Retaining Walls Plans attached hereto and of a scale of not less than 1:450 certified as to the inclusion of all such slopes and retaining walls by the Authorized Person) which are required to be maintained and carried out by the Owners under the Conditions or this Deed and in accordance with the “Geoguide 5 – Guide to Slope Maintenance” issued by the Geotechnical Engineering Office (as amended or substituted from time to time) and the Slope Maintenance Manual;
Slope and Retaining Structures mean the slopes, slope treatment works, earth retaining structures, retaining walls or other related structures within or outside the Lot and the Development including the Green Hatched Black Area (as defined in Special Condition No.(32)(a) of the Conditions) and the Edged Pecked Green Area that are required to be maintained by the Owners under the Conditions (as are for identification purposes only shown coloured Brown, Grey, Pink and Yellow on the plans attached hereto and of a scale of not less than 1:400 certified as to the inclusion of all such slopes and retaining walls by the Authorized Person) which are required to be maintained and carried out by the Owners under the Conditions or this Deed and in accordance with the “Geoguide 5 – Guide to Slope Maintenance” issued by the Geotechnical Engineering Office (as amended or substituted from time to time) and the Slope Maintenance Manual;
Slope and Retaining Structures means all slopes, slope treatment works, retaining walls and other structures within or outside the Land the maintenance of which is the liability of the Owners under the Government Grant or this Deed and, for the purpose of identification only, a slope plan of a scale of not less than 1:500 showing all Slopes and Retaining Structures as coloured xxxxx thereon is annexed hereto;

  • Limited common areas and facilities means those common areas and facilities

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Existing structure means any structure that is installed or approved for installation at the time a wireless services provider or wireless infrastructure provider provides notice to a locality or the Department of an agreement with the owner of the structure to co-locate equipment on that structure. "Existing structure" includes any structure that is currently supporting, designed to support, or capable of supporting the attachment of wireless facilities, including towers, buildings, utility poles, light poles, flag poles, signs, and water towers.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Structures means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
