Snagging Matters definition

Snagging Matters means minor items of outstanding work (including in relation to landscaping) which would not materially impair the Authority's use and enjoyment of the Facilities or the carrying out by the Authority or a Community Services Provider of the Community Services
Snagging Matters means minor items of outstanding work which would not materially impair the use and enjoyment of the Toll Road or its maintenance and operation by the Developer;

Snagging Matters means any minor item of work comprising a part of the Works to be undertaken in relation to Newhaven ERP which has not been completed at the time of the issue of the Completion Certificate in relation to Newhaven ERP and which is not required to be undertaken for the Contractor to satisfy the Acceptance Tests in relation to Newhaven ERP

Related to Snagging Matters

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.
