Social study means a written evaluation of matters relevant to the disposition of the case and shall contain the following information:
Social Distancing means individuals keeping at least six (6) feet of distance from other individual who are not members of their household.
Social Security Retirement Age means the age used as the retirement age under Section 216(l) of the Social Security Act, applied without regard to the age increase factor and as if the early retirement age under Section 216(l)(2) of such Act were 62.
Social Housing has the meaning attributed to it in Section 68 of the HRA 2008;
Social Enterprise means a business that: (i) is owned by a non-profit organization or community services co-operative; (ii) is directly involved in the production and/or selling of goods and services for the combined purpose of generating income and achieving social, cultural, and/or environmental aims; and (iii) has a defined social and/or environmental mandate.
Social Maladjustment means a consistent inability to conform to the standards for behavior established by the school. Such behavior is seriously disruptive to the education of the student or other students and is not due to emotional disturbance as defined in (c) 5 above.
Medical event means an improper administration of radiation or radioactive material to a patient or human research subject that requires reporting to the department.
Social Security means the old-age survivors and disability section of the Federal Social Security Act;
Termination due to Disability means a termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company because the Executive has been incapable, after reasonable accommodation, of substantially fulfilling the positions, duties, responsibilities and obligations set forth in this Agreement because of physical, mental or emotional incapacity resulting from injury, sickness or disease for a period of (A) six (6) consecutive months or (B) an aggregate of nine (9) months (whether or not consecutive) in any twelve (12) month period. Any question as to the existence, extent or potentiality of the Executive’s disability shall be determined by a qualified physician selected by the Company with the consent of the Executive, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Executive or the Executive’s legal representatives or any adult member of the Executive’s immediate family shall have the right to present to such physician such information and arguments as to the Executive’s disability as he, she or they deem appropriate, including the opinion of the Executive’s personal physician.
Special Event means any of a Tax Event, an Investment Company Event or a Capital Treatment Event.
Social work or "Social Work Services" means the application of social work theory, knowledge, methods, ethics, and the professional use of self to restore or enhance social, psychosocial, or biopsychosocial functioning of individuals, couples, families, groups, organizations, and communities through the care and services provided by a Regulated Social Worker as set forth in the Member State's statutes and regulations in the State where the services are being provided.

Qualifying Termination means a termination of the Executive’s employment either (i) by a Company Group member without Cause (excluding by reason of Executive’s death or Disability) or (ii) by the Executive for Good Reason, in either case, during the Change in Control Period (a “Qualifying CIC Termination”) or outside of the Change in Control Period (a “Qualifying Non-CIC Termination”).
Pregnancy disability means a pregnancy-related medical condition or miscarriage.
FUTA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(e).
Special Events means sports complex events, City of Philadelphia events, weather, and other events that have been or are identified as such by the RTMC.
CIC Qualifying Termination means, in each case, on or within twenty-four (24) months following a Change in Control, (i) a termination of the Executive’s employment by the Company without Cause, (ii) a termination of the Executive’s employment by reason of death or Disability, or (iii) a termination of the Executive’s employment by the Executive for Good Reason.
Social Engineering Fraud means the intentional misleading of an Employee through the use of a Communication, where such Communication:
Disability Retirement Date means the first day of the month following the last day of paid employment;

Material Event or “Material Information” shall mean such event or information as set out in the Schedule or as may be determined in terms of Clause 3 of the Policy. In the Policy, the words, “material” and “materiality” shall be construed accordingly.
