SOFR Index Start definition

SOFR Index Start means for periods other than the initial interest period, the SOFR Index value on the preceding Floating Interest Rate Determination Date, and, for the initial interest period, the SOFR Index value on June 7, 2022;
SOFR Index Start means, in respect of an Interest Period, the SOFR Index value on the date that is the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days specified hereon prior to the first day of such Interest Period;
SOFR Index Start. The SOFR Index value on the date that is two U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the first day of the relevant Interest Period and, for the initial Interest Period, the SOFR Index value on March 24, 2022 SOFR Index End: The SOFR Index value on the date that is two U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Period (or in the final Interest Period, the Maturity Date) Redemption at the Option of the Issuer: On the Call Date, ING may redeem the notes at its option, in whole or in part, at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes to be redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the Call Date, as described in the section titled “Description of Notes—Redemption”, beginning on page S-34 of the Preliminary Prospectus Supplement. Any such optional redemption prior to maturity is subject to the consent of the relevant regulator, as described in the section titled “Description of Notes—Redemption—Conditions to Redemption and Purchase”, beginning on page S-35 of the Preliminary Prospectus Supplement.

SOFR Index Start means (i) for Interest Periods other than the initial Interest Period, the SOFR Index value on the immediately preceding Interest Payment Determination Date and (ii) for the initial Interest Period, the SOFR Index value on October 27, 2021;
SOFR Index Start means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the SOFR Index value on the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period;

  • SOFR IndexStart means the SOFR Index value on the day which is two U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the first date of the relevant Interest Period (an "Index Determination Date"); and

  • SOFR Index means, with respect to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day:

  • SOFR IndexEnd means the SOFR Index value on the date that is the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days specified in the relevant Final Terms preceding the Interest Payment Date relating to such Interest Accrual Period (or in the final Interest Accrual Period, the Maturity Date).

  • Index Price on a given date means the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies comprising the Index Group.

  • Index Start Date means 19 January 2015.

  • Index Provider means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the person responsible for compiling the Index against which the relevant Sub-Fund benchmarks its investments and who holds the right to licence the use of such Index to the relevant Sub-Fund as set out in the relevant Appendix.

  • Index B means the index for the year prior to index A.

  • SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded Daily SOFR rate as published at 15:00 (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source; and

  • Final Index Level : means the Closing Level of the FTSE 100 Index on the Investment End Date.

  • SONIA Compounded Index means the index known as the SONIA Compounded Index administered by the Bank of England (or any successor administrator thereof);

  • CPI Index means the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, U.S. City Average, “All Items” (1982-84 = 100), or any successor index thereof as such successor index may be appropriately adjusted to establish substantial equivalence with the Consumer Price Index; provided that if the Consumer Price Index ceases to be published and there is no successor thereto, such other index as the Company shall designate in writing to the Trustee shall be substituted for the Consumer Price Index.

  • LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period, which appears on the Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day 2 Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.
