Software Subscription Services definition

Software Subscription Services mean the right to use the NIVYWear and/or NW Cloud Subscription Service by Developer. The right to use the NIVYWear is described in Subclause 5.3. hereof, the right to use the NW Cloud Subscription Service is described in Cloud Terms of Service.

More Definitions of Software Subscription Services

Software Subscription Services means the Products, Fees, Payment Terms and Billing Frequency detailed in the Software Subscription Services Section of the Order Form. The Software Subscription Services Section of the Order form details the Licensee Software Subscription Service purchases utilized for certain operations of the Product. Software Subscription Service Fees are invoiced starting on the Commencement Date and continuing for the Agreement Term.

Related to Software Subscription Services

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.
