Software User definition

Software User means procuring entity and/or licensed end user, aka “Licensee,” of Delivered Software.
Software User means a named user of the Corio Services worldwide to whom a user identification number and password has been assigned, which permits that user to access and use the Software on a designated Corio Server. The identification number and password used by a Software User is reusable and reassignable and may be used and transferred by Corio, in accordance with the licenses granted below, between Customers as one Customer discontinues the Corio Services and another Customer subscribes.
Software User means an individual (physical person) directly interacting with the User Software and/or accessing the Server Software;

Examples of Software User in a sentence

  • Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx shall, during the Term of this Agreement, make such Software Updates and/or Software Upgrades available to Software User.

  • Software User shall be permitted to designate in writing to Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx unlimited Software User personnel who are US person’s for purposes of obtaining Technical Support from Xxxxxxx- Xxxxxx (“Eligible Licensee Personnel”).

  • Software User shall be responsible for ensuring that its designated Eligible Licensee Personnel are sufficiently qualified to receive and productively utilize Technical Support.

Related to Software User

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as updates will be identified A.B.x where the x designates the release as a Software Update.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment. Kodak software releases that are designated as Software Upgrade will be identified A.B.x where the A &B designates the release as a Software Upgrade.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
