Soil Report definition

Soil Report. A soil test report prepared by a licensed engineer satisfactory to Lender indicating to the satisfaction of Lender that the soil and subsurface conditions underlying the Project will support the Improvements.
Soil Report shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.1(h).
Soil Report means the soil test report as described in Section 3(v) below.

More Definitions of Soil Report

Soil Report means that certain Geotechnical Engineering Report performed by ECS Midwest LLC. dated February 26, 2021, as certified to Lender.
Soil Report means a soil test report prepared by a licensed engineer reasonably satisfactory to Agent, indicating to the reasonable satisfaction of Agent that the soil and subsurface conditions underlying the Mexican Project will support the Improvements.
