Source Code Documentation definition

Source Code Documentation means the manuals and other documentation that are reasonably necessary to use the Source Code licensed herein, including those items listed and described in the relevant Transition Service Schedule hereto.
Source Code Documentation mean software written in programming languages, such as C and Fortran, including all comments and procedural code, such as job control language statements, in a form intelligible to trained programmers and capable of being translated into object or machine readable code for operation on computer equipment through assembly or compiling, and accompanied by documentation, including flow charts, schematics, statements of principles of operations, architectural standards, and commentary, explanations and instructions for compiling, describing the data flows, data structures, and control logic of the software in sufficient detail to enable a trained programmer through study of such documentation to maintain and/or modify the software without undue experimentation. Source Code and Source Code Documentation also include all modifications, additions, substitutions, updates, upgrades and corrections made to the foregoing items.
Source Code Documentation means the materials which Licensor provides for use with the Source Code.

  • TSI Contractor’s Intellectual Property, including Enhancements, Source Code and Source Code Documentation, shall remain exclusively the property of TSI Contractor or TSI Contractor Parties, as applicable, notwithstanding any delivery of copies thereof to SRTA and instead shall be furnished to SRTA pursuant to the license terms set forth in Section 24.3 of this Contract.

  • All Intellectual Property (including Source Code, Documentation, and Application Package) during the project is owned by the Customer, and will be turned over to the Customer at the conclusion of the project by Developer and after the fulfillment of all commercial obligations by the Customer.

  • If the co-development agreement expressly provides for different or additional terms and conditions regarding the use of Palm Software, Palm Source Code and/or Palm Source Code Documentation for the purpose of co-development such terms and conditions will apply solely to the co-development project under that agreement.

  • The Palm Software, Palm Source Code and Palm Source Code Documentation (including pre-release versions of each of the foregoing provided for co-development) shall remain subject to the confidentiality obligations set forth in the License Agreement with appropriate modifications to permit Sony to conduct the co-development projects as expressly agreed in the respective co-development agreements (as described in Section III(6) above).

  • For all custom software provided to the State pursuant to this contract, the Contractor shall either provide the source code directly to the State in a form acceptable to the State or deliver two copies of each software source code and Software Source Code Documentation to a State-approved escrow agent.

  • The parties agree that the co-development agreement will contain appropriate terms and conditions to allow Sony to reasonably conduct the development tasks assigned to Sony under the respective co-development project and will otherwise preserve the confidentiality and other protections provided in the License Agreement for the Palm Source Code and/or Palm Source Code Documentation.

  • Source Code and Source Code Documentation shall be licensed to the Commission pursuant to the terms in this Section 21.2.1 but only upon the occurrence of the events set forth in the Escrow Agreement (set forth in Exhibit B).


More Definitions of Source Code Documentation

Source Code Documentation means: (a) available sub- ------------------------- programs, routines, program files, data files, file and data relationships, data definition specifications, data models, program and system logic, interfaces, algorithms, program architecture, design concepts, system designs, program structure, sequence and organization, screen displays and report layouts related to interacting with or a part of the Licensed Software, whether in human-readable or machine- readable form; and (b) available reference manuals, user and operating guides and manuals, design specifications, functional specifications, flow charts, internal use listings or manuals relating to error corrections, fixes and workarounds, file and program cross-reference information (whether in manual, guide or other format), whether in human-readable or machine-readable form.
Source Code Documentation means all Licensed Product documentation that is fixed in any tangible medium of expression that Xxxxx uses to install and maintain the Source Code for the Licensed Products in the Field on a computer and transform such Source Code into an executable form for operation in accordance with its specification, limited, however, to such materials that are held and used by Xxxxx in the ordinary course of business, it being understood that Xxxxx is not subject to any obligation to develop any additional Source Code Documentation.
Source Code Documentation means flow charts, programmer’s notes and other materials necessary to document properly the Source Code so as to enable a computer programmer to compile, operate, maintain, develop and modify the Software.
Source Code Documentation means the development level documentation for the Source Code as provided to CSA by Phoenix.

Related to Source Code Documentation

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Product Documentation means the specific materials listed under “Product Documentation” at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, as updated by Vocera from time to time.

  • Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.

  • Source Code means the human readable source code of the Software to which it relates, in the programming language in which the Software was written, together with all related flow charts and technical documentation, including a description of the procedure for generating object code, all of a level sufficient to enable a programmer reasonably fluent in such programming language to understand, build, operate, support, maintain and develop modifications, upgrades, updates, adaptations, enhancements, new versions and other derivative works and improvements of, and to develop computer programs compatible with, the Software.

  • Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Program Documentation refers to the user manuals, help windows, readme files for the Services and any Oracle Software. You may access the documentation online at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/contracts or such other address specified by Oracle.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.
