South African Facilities definition

South African Facilities means the revolving credit facility dated as of July 9, 2009 made available to one or more members of the South African Group as such agreement is amended, modified, replaced or refinanced from time to time and shall also mean any subsequent credit, letter of credit facility or other borrowing or financing facility of any type that is made available to one or more members of the South African Group.

South African Facilities means the revolving credit facility dated as of July 9, 2009 made available to one or more members of the South African Group as such agreement is amended, modified, replaced or refinanced from time to time and shall also mean any subsequent credit, letter of credit facility or other borrowing or financing facility of any type that is made available to one or more members of the South African Group. “South African Group” means Pyramid Freight, South Africa and each South African Subsidiary. “South African Rand” means the lawful currency of South Africa. “South African Subsidiary” means any member of the Group organized or conducting a material portion of its business in South Africa. “South African Subsidiary” shall not include any member of the Group organized in a jurisdiction other than South Africa whose only South African business is the ownership of stock of Subsidiaries organized in South Africa. “Spanish Obligor” means an Obligor incorporated or formed in Spain.

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • India means the territory of India and includes the territorial sea and airspace above it, as well as any other maritime zone in which India has sovereign rights, other rights and jurisdiction, according to the Indian law and in accordance with international law, including the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea;
