SoW Charges. [Set out the charges for the Works. This should be calculated in accordance with clause 8.]

• SoW Charges: the sums payable for the Professional Services as set out in a Statement of Work.

• The Supplier may increase the Rate Card Charges and any associated SoW Charges on an annual basis with effect from each anniversary of the date of this agreement.

• In consideration of the provision of the Works by the Supplier, the Client shall pay the Charges as set out in the Statement of Work (SoW Charges).

• The Contingency contained in the SoW Charges is reserved to cover those costs incurred in addition to the Day Rate.
