SP Group definition

SP Group means Singapore Power Limited and all its subsidiaries, including SP Services Limited, SP PowerGrid Limited, SP PowerAssets Limited;
SP Group means Parent, WebFinancial Holding Corporation, WHX CS, LLC, WF Asset Corp., Steel Partners LTD., their Subsidiaries and Affiliates and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxxxx and Xxxx X. Xxxxxx.

  • With indirect billing, you will receive a single monthly bill from SP Group covering the charges for electricity supply by the electricity retailer as well as the charges for the other utilities.
