SPAC Units definition

SPAC Units means equity securities of SPAC consisting of one (1) SPAC Class A Ordinary Share and one-half of one (1/2) SPAC Public Warrant.

SPAC Units means one share of SPAC Class A Common Stock and one-half of one SPAC Warrant.

SPAC Units means units of SPAC, each unit comprising one share of SPAC Class A Common Stock and one-half of one SPAC Warrant.

• SPAC has not taken any action in an attempt to terminate the registration of SPAC Class A Ordinary Shares, SPAC Warrants or SPAC Units under the Exchange Act except as contemplated by this Agreement.

More Definitions of SPAC Units

SPAC Units means, collectively, the SPAC Private Units and the SPAC Public Units.

SPAC Units means the units of SPAC issued at SPAC IPO (including overallotment units acquired by the underwriters of the SPAC IPO) consisting of one SPAC Class A Ordinary Share, one-half of one SPAC Warrant, and one SPAC Right.
