Special Membership Meeting definition

Special Membership Meeting means a meeting of the Membership called by the President of the LVPOA regarding an issue or matter that cannot wait to be heard and voted on by the Members in Good Standing at the next General membership Meeting.

• At the Special Membership Meeting (as hereinafter defined in Section X) at which a quorum is present, the Association will seek approval of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement by a majority of the Association Members (as hereinafter defined in Section X) attending the meeting, and no other vote of any of the members of the Association or any other action is required to approve or authorize this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
