Special Membership Meeting definition

Special Membership Meeting means a meeting of the Membership called by the President of the LVPOA regarding an issue or matter that cannot wait to be heard and voted on by the Members in Good Standing at the next General membership Meeting.
Special Membership Meeting means a meeting held as required for Members to consider a specific issue or issues or Westbank Laws;
Special Membership Meeting means a special meeting of the Membership, held pursuant to the provisions of Subsection 3.3.4.

Examples of Special Membership Meeting in a sentence

  • The Membership entitles the Member to one (1) vote in the election of directors and in such other matters requiring the approval of the Corporation’s Members at any Annual or Special Membership Meeting of the Corporation as prescribed by the Corporation Bylaws.

  • The petition shall specify a date for such Special Membership Meeting that is no less than ten (10) days and no more than sixty (60) days from the date of the petition.

  • The Membership Certificate also entitles the Member to one (1) vote in conducting the affairs of any Annual or Special Membership Meeting of the Corporation as prescribed by the Corporation Bylaws.

More Definitions of Special Membership Meeting

Special Membership Meeting means a special meeting of NSL Membership set at a designated time and location by the Board of Trustees. All NSL Members in Good Standing are encouraged to attend Special Membership Meetings.
