Change Notice is defined in Section 3.5(a) of this Agreement.
Reset Notice has the meaning specified in Section 307(b).
Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
Due notice means notice published at least twice, with an interval of at least six days between the two publication dates, in a newspaper or other publication of general circulation within the appropriate area; or, if no such publication of general circulation be available, by posting at a reasonable number of conspicuous places within the appropriate area, such posting to include, where possible, posting at public places where it may be customary to post notices concerning county or municipal affairs generally. At any hearing held pursuant to such notice, at the time and place designated in such notice, adjournment may be made from time to time without the necessity of renewing such notice for such adjourned dates.
Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.
Specification means the Specification of the Works included in the Contract.
Required Notice Period means the number of days required notice set forth below applicable to the Aggregate Reduction indicated below: Aggregate Reduction Required Notice Period £$100,000,000 two Business Days >$100,000,000 to $250,000,000 five Business Days ³$250,000,000 ten Business Days
Summary Notice means the Summary Notice of (I) Pendency of Class Action, Certification of Settlement Class, and Proposed Settlement; (II) Settlement Fairness Hearing; and (III) Motion for an Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Litigation Expenses, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3 to Exhibit A, to be published as set forth in the Preliminary Approval Order.
technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
improvement notice means the notice issued by the Authority to the Supplier pursuant to Clause 32.1.3 (Authority Remedies) which will detail how the Supplier shall improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services;
Requisite Notice means a notice delivered in accordance with Section 10.02.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.
Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.
Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
Privacy Notice means Sage’s privacy notice posted on xxx.xxxx.xxx (or such other URL as Sage may notify to you) and which may be amended by Sage from time to time.
Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.
Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.
