Specified Collateral Documents definition

Specified Collateral Documents means the Specified Collateral Assignment and all other mortgages, deeds of trust, security agreements, pledge agreements, assignments, financing statements and other documents as shall from time to time secure or relate to the Debt or any part thereof.

  • Moreover, the security rights contemplated by the applicable Specified Collateral Documents are granted in favor of the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity and not as agent, representative or trustee for the Secured Parties, as security for its claims under the Parallel Debt and consequently the Administrative Agent is the sole security beneficiary of such security rights.
