Specified Investor definition

Specified Investor means the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pte Ltd.
Specified Investor means Trident Group Limited, a company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 and shall continue to be a Specified Investor till it holds Specified Investment.
Specified Investor means any Investor which, together with its Affiliates, owns beneficially or of record 20% or more of the outstanding Voting Stock of the Parent on the Closing Date and to the extent such Investor, together with its Affiliates, would otherwise be an Affiliate Lender on the date of determination.

  • If the Specified Investor requests that it be treated as a non-Specified Inves- tor, the Registered Entity must accept the request and, as prescribed in Article 34-2, Paragraph 3 of the FIEL, deliver in advance to such Specified Investor a document stating (i) the date of acceptance, (ii) the type of agreement and (iii) other relevant matters.
