Specified Material definition

Specified Material collectively and individually means those items of Material from time to time designated by the Board of Directors as being available for free use. The items of Specified Materials made available to some categories of Members as compared to others, shall be as from time to time designated by the Board of Directors. The use of all Material is governed by the terms of the current HL7 Policy Governing the Use of HL7 Standards and Other Intellectual Property ("HL7 IP Policy"). Unless otherwise legended, all Material is copyrighted by HL7 and protected by the Copyright Law of the United States and copyright provisions of various international treaties. Unauthorized use of Material is strictly prohibited. Any use, copying or distribution (either with or without a fee) of Material, or development, copying or distributions of derivative works, whether in fixed or electronic media, not specifically authorized below is strictly prohibited. The terms applicable to the access to and use of Material are as follows:

Specified Material means stone including stone suitable for dimension stone, labradorite, chert, sand, gravel, clay, topsoil, soil, shale, marl, peat and peat xxxx when these substances are used for construction or agricultural purposes only;

Specified Material means any reports, plans, documents, information, data or other material and associated Intellectual Property (whether developed by or on behalf of Project Operator, its officers, employees, Subcontractors or agents which: Project Operator (or its Related Bodies Corporate) provides or grants, or is required to provide or grant, to the Commonwealth under or in connection with this agreement or the Tender; or is copied or derived at any time from the material referred to in paragraph (a).

Examples of Specified Material in a sentence

  • Lands and quarrying in Labrador Inuit Lands outside Specified Material Lands shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement, Laws of General Application and an approved Work Plan.

  • If any Specified Material that is a copyright work contains information over which a third party (including the Operator's Associates) has 'Moral Rights' (as defined in the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)), the Operator must ensure that it has in place all necessary consents sufficient to allow the Commonwealth to deal with the Specified Material in accordance with any Project Document.

  • Specified Material MTBFs and lower statistical confidence limits of Seller's test methods are identified in Table 1 below.

Related to Specified Material

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • Activity Material means any Material, other than Reporting Material, created or developed by the Grantee as a result of the Activity and includes any Existing Material that is incorporated in or supplied with the Activity Material.
