Specified Zoning Bylaw Provisions means all those provisions of the Zoning Amendment Bylaw that are applicable to the Lands and that are adopted pursuant to section 903 of the Local Government Act.

  • Zoning Bylaw means City of Kelowna Zoning Bylaw No. 8000, as amended or replaced from time to time.
