Specified Zoning Bylaw Provisions means all those provisions of the Zoning Amendment Bylaw that are applicable to the Lands and that are adopted under section 903 of the Local Government Act.
Specified Zoning Bylaw Provisions means, collectively, the Cassie/McKay Specified Zoning Bylaw Provisions, the Maywood Specified Zoning Bylaw Provisions, the Silver Specified Zoning Bylaw Provisions and the Telford Specified Zoning Bylaw Provisions.
Specified Zoning Bylaw Provisions means the provisions of the CD-7 zone added to District Zoning Bylaw No 1375, 1996 in respect of the Lands by the Zoning Amendment Bylaw.

  • Zoning Bylaw means City of Kelowna Zoning Bylaw No. 8000, as amended or replaced from time to time.

  • Certificate of Compliance means a certificate issued in terms of the Regulations in respect of an electrical installation or part of an electrical installation by an accredited person;

  • Continuing Disclosure Certificate means that certain Continuing Disclosure Certificate executed by the District and dated the date of issuance and delivery of the Bonds, as originally executed and as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
