SpinCo Equity Incentive Plan definition

SpinCo Equity Incentive Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01.
SpinCo Equity Incentive Plan means the Citius Oncology, Inc. 2023 Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan.
SpinCo Equity Incentive Plan means Spinco's equity incentive plan set out in Exhibit III to the Plan of Arrangement.

SpinCo Equity Incentive Plan has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Plan of Arrangement. (aaa) "Spinco Service Provider" has such meaning as ascribed to such term at Section 9.2(c) of this Plan.

  • Equity Incentive Plans means any equity incentive plans for officers, employees or Directors of the Company.

  • Equity Award means stock options, stock appreciation rights, restricted stock, restricted stock units, performance shares or any other form of award that is measured with reference to the Stock.

  • RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan for senior officers, employees and consultants adopted in November of 2008 by Jaguar, as amended from time to time;

  • Management Incentive Plan means the Company’s bonus program, as implemented by the Company’s board of directors from time to time and pursuant to which the Executive may receive incentive-based compensation at fiscal year end.
