Sponsored Content definition

Sponsored Content means sponsored content which may include a Webinar or sponsored report or similar to be provided by the Customer or Advertiser (as applicable); and
Sponsored Content means a webcast or group of webcasts, whitepapers, articles, newsletters, and other materials and content created and owned by TechTarget, and sponsored by Client, as set out in an Order Form.
Sponsored Content means the communication by a dietitian, in particular in the form of an article, blog post, educational tool, image or recipe, of content developed in return for remuneration, a grant or another recompense paid by an enterprise working directly or indirectly in the field of food or nutrition.

  • Client shall also have the right to amplify, “white list”, or otherwise promote any of the Sponsored Content and shall also have the right to purchase during the Amplification Period such Internet domain names, search engine adwords or keywords as Client may desire to promote the Sponsored Content.

  • Influencer will not develop, procure, or post any Sponsored Content regarding the following topics: alcohol, animal welfare, overt sexual behavior (e.g., nude photos and sex tapes), politics, race relations, religion, reproductive issues (e.g., contraception and abortion), terrorism, and/or war, (each, an “Off-Topic Subjects”).

  • Influencer will follow the specifications outlined on the cover pages and elsewhere in this Agreement as well as policies or toolboxes furnished by Agency or Client, but will otherwise retain editorial control over the Sponsored Content.

  • Neither Influencer, Agency, nor Client shall be required, upon termination or expiration of the Term, to remove any Sponsored Content posted in accordance with this Agreement from the “historical feed” of any social media channel, provided that such Sponsored Content is not reposted, refreshed, featured or promoted by such party following expiration of the Term.


More Definitions of Sponsored Content

Sponsored Content means content which supports a Client’s desired brand message or views, but does not expressly promote sales of particular products or services. “Client” means Advertiser, as well as a client of Publisher’s brand publishing group.
