Spot Price Index definition

Spot Price Index means, with respect to a Gas Transaction, unless otherwise specified in the Confirmation for that Transaction, the “Daily Midpoint” price set forth in Gas Daily (published by Platts), or any successor publication, in the column “Daily Price Survey” under the listing applicable to the geographic location closest in proximity to the Delivery Point(s) for the relevant Day or, if an alternative index or price is specified in clause (l)(6) below, such alternative index or price.
Spot Price Index means, in respect of any Day, the “Midpoint” price set forth in Gas Daily (published by Platts), or any successor publication, in the “Daily Price Survey” under the listing Chicago City Gate for Gas to flow on such Day.
