Staff Regulations definition
Staff Regulations means the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union laid down in Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68;
Staff Regulations means the Regulation laying down the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union and the Conditions of Employment of other servants of the European Union.
Staff Regulations means the Staff Regulations of officials of the European Communities and the Conditions of employment of other servants of the European Communities as applied to the staff of the Agency as stated in Article 20 of the EASA Regulation.

To this end, each Participating UN Organization will maintain standards of conduct that govern the performance of their staff, including the prohibition of corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coersive practices, in connection with the award and administration of contracts, grants, or other benefits, as set forth in their Staff Regulations and Rules and Financial Regulations and Rules, including regarding procurement.
In any case of doubt between this Agreement and a relevant article of the Staff Regulations, the interpretation more favourable to the staff member(s) concerned shall take precedence and prevail.
