Standard Connection Charge definition

Standard Connection Charge means that part of the Charge that is payable by a Connecting Party and which covers all elements of the Connection works that fall within the Standard Connection Parameters as are more specifically set out in the Connection Charging Policy. It is important to note that, depending on the nature of a Connection, a Connection may be liable to both the Standard Connection Charge and a separate Quotable Charge.
Standard Connection Charge means that portion of the Connection Charge that is payable for costs associated with the Standard Connection;
Standard Connection Charge means the connection charge associated with the costs of providing a standard supply;

Examples of Standard Connection Charge in a sentence

  • In the case of new housing developments with 12 or more individually serviced Domestic Premises, the Standard Connection Charge will be payable on a site connection basis prior to the installation of the house service cabling.

  • In addition to the Standard Connection Charge, NIE Networks may issue further charges in respect of abnormal costs incurred in making the connections available.

  • Where a customer wishes to connect an Apartment Block with a single point of supply to a communal meter location for the Apartment Block, this would not be classified as a Housing Development and therefore the Standard Connection Charge does not apply in this instance.

More Definitions of Standard Connection Charge

Standard Connection Charge the non-refundable charge for installation and connection to the System as specified in the Order or otherwise notified to the Supplier.

  • Transmission Charges means the charges payable to TSP by Long Term Transmission Customer(s) pursuant to the TSA, as adopted by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility. Interconnection Customer:

  • connection pipe means a pipe, the ownership of which is vested in the municipality and installed by it for the purpose of conveying water from a main to a water installation, and includes a “communication pipe” referred to in SANS 0252 Part I;

  • Water Service Connection (lateral) shall mean the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water distribution system that is located between the Corporation’s water main in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service.
