Standard Table definition

Standard Table means the model articles of association of a company proposed by the Finance and Economics Committee of the States of Jersey pursuant to article 6 of the Law;
Standard Table means the model articles of association for the purposes of Article 6 of the Companies Law, set out in the Companies (Standard Table) (Jersey) Order 1992, as amended.
