Standby Rate means the 3 Month London Interbank Offered Rate as published on the Reuters Screen LIBOR01 (or any successor thereto) at approximately 11 am (London time) [*]. [*]
Standby Rate has the meaning given in Appendix I, Section A(2)(B).
Standby Rate is the standby rate as set out in the Plant Hire Out Agreement Details and shall apply when the Equipment is in full operating condition as required by this Agreement and available for use by the Hirer but the Hirer does not require the use of the Equipment at that time.

  • The Contractor is not eligible for payment (at Standby Rate or at the Designated Rate) until equipment is brought into compliance by the Contractor, as solely determined by VDOT.

  • The Standby Rate will also be paid for cleaning of equipment that contains a VDOT spreader.
