State Aid Law definition

State Aid Law means the law embodied in Articles 107 -109 of Section 2, Title VII, of the Common Rules on Competition, Taxation and Approximation of Laws- Consolidated Versions of the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
State Aid Law means the law embodied in Articles 107 to 109 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and such further decisions of the European Institutions and Courts as supplement the state aid provisions contained within the treaty, as well as any broadly equivalent provisions in any other international treaty or instrument which is applicable to the United Kingdom and which governs the giving of aid by the state to undertakings.
State Aid Law means the law embodied in Articles 107 -109 of Section 2, Title VII, of the Common Rules on Competition, Taxation and Approximation of Laws- Consolidated Versions of the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union’ (2008/C 115/01).

State Aid Law means the law embodied in Article 107- 109 of section 2, Title VII of the Common Rules on Competition, Taxation and Approximation of Laws – Consolidated Versions of the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty for the Functioning of the European Union or any Domestic Law which replaces such State Aid Law following the UK’s exit from the European Union; and
State Aid Law means any European Union State aid laws (including without limitation under Articles 106 to 109 inclusive of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (as amended) and/or any applicable judgement, court order, statute, statutory instrument, regulation, directive or decision.
