State Implementation Society definition

State Implementation Society means each of the following: the Assam Society, the Haryana Society, the Karnataka Society, the Kerala Society, the Maharashtra Society or the Tamil Nadu Society; and "State Implementation Societies" means all of them collectively;

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means the framework included in the EA setting out modalities to be followed in assessing the potential adverse environmental and social impact associated with activities to be implemented under the Project, and the measures to be taken to offset, reduce, or mitigate such adverse impact.

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .
