Statement of Grant Expenditure definition

Statement of Grant Expenditure means a full summary of income and expenditure incurred by the Contractor within the terms and conditions of this Agreement given by Huddersfield & District Textile Training Co Ltd in the preceding Financial Year;
Statement of Grant Expenditure means the Statement of Grant Expenditure appearing at Annexure F to be used by you to adjust for any minor underpayment or overpayment made by us during the previous Financial Year, in accordance with clause 22 (Payments of Grant). means any body which you fund in whole or in part from the Grant whether as a supplier, contractor, delivery partner or consultant and whether by payment or grant; means any Financial Year following the Next Financial Year;

Examples of Statement of Grant Expenditure in a sentence

  • At the end of each Financial Year a 'Statement of Grant Expenditure' must be completed.

  • The Authority’s Chief Internal Auditor is required to provide assurance that the Statement of Grant Expenditure meets the conditions of the offer letters.

  • Independent expenditure means an expenditure by a person:

  • Eligible Expenditure means an expenditure described as eligible in Schedule B or deemed eligible by Canada in accordance with Section 4.2.

  • Recurrent Expenditure means any expenditure on the establishment, conduct, administration and maintenance of the Academy which does not fall within the categories of capital expenditure set out at clause 36. The Secretary of State shall pay two separate and distinct grants in respect of Recurrent Expenditure: General Annual Grant ("GAG") and Earmarked Annual Grant ("EAG").

  • Eligible Expenditures means expenditures in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan allocated from time to time to the eligible Categories in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement; and

  • Capital Expenditure Budget shall constitute an estimate for the applicable period of the capital expenditures required to (i) accomplish capital enhancement projects included in the most recently approved Strategic Plan, (ii) maintain and preserve the Partnership's assets in good operating condition and repair and (iii) achieve or maintain compliance with any HSE Law.

  • Annual Capital Expenditure Adjustment means, for any retail Property, an amount equal to the product of (a) $0.15 multiplied by (b) the aggregate net rentable area (determined on a square feet basis) of all such Properties.

  • management expense ratio means the total fees and expenses a fund paid during a year divided by its average assets for that year.

  • Grant Year has the same meaning as in subclause 1(1) of Schedule 1 of HESA;

  • Annual Operating Expenses for the Class means and will consist only of the following operating expenses of the Series for the Class that are, under generally accepted accounting principles, accruable and deductible from the Series’ assets with respect to the Class for the period involved: (i) investment advisory fees, if any; (ii) Rule 12b-1 distribution fees, if any; and (iii) custodian fees, shareholder servicing fees, administrative and office facilities expenses, professional fees, trustees' fees and any other operating expenses of the Series with respect to the Class that are recorded or includable in the Series' statement of operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Notwithstanding the provisions of the immediately preceding sentence, the Series' “Annual Operating Expenses” for the Class do not include “acquired fund expenses”, interest and dividends on securities sold short, amortization of organization expenses, taxes, brokerage commissions, litigation and indemnification expenses or any costs or expenses of or for the Series with respect to the Class that are "extraordinary" as determined under generally accepted accounting principles (see Accounting Principles Board Opinion No. 30). Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4 (Compensation of the Adviser) of the Agreement, the Adviser hereby waives compensation for services it provides under the Agreement for the period beginning May 1, 2024, and ending April 30, 2025 (the “Period”), and/or agrees to reimburse expenses relating to the Period to the Series with respect to its Service Class of shares (the “Class”) in an amount, if any, necessary so that the Series’ “Annual Operating Expenses” for the Class are not more than 1.49% of the Class’s average net assets for the Period.   • Material Project EBITDA Adjustments means, with respect to each Material Project:

  • Annual EBITDA means, with respect to any Project or Minority Holding, as of the first day of each fiscal quarter for the immediately preceding consecutive four fiscal quarters, an amount equal to (i) total revenues relating to such Project or Minority Holding for such period, less (ii) total operating expenses relating to such Project or Minority Holding for such period (it being understood that the foregoing calculation shall exclude non-cash charges as determined in accordance with GAAP). Each of the foregoing amounts shall be determined by reference to the Borrower’s Statement of Operations for the applicable periods. An example of the foregoing calculation is set forth on Exhibit G hereto.

  • Base Year Value means the assessed value of eligible property January 1 preceding the execution of the agreement plus the agreed upon value of eligible property improvements made after January 1 but before the execution of the agreement.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Deferred Revenue is all amounts received or invoiced in advance of performance under contracts and not yet recognized as revenue.

  • Controllable Expenses means all expenses, other than Uncontrollable Expenses, incurred by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company with respect to the Property.

  • Capital Expenditure Reserve means, on an annual basis, an amount equal to $0.15 per square foot for each property owned by a Borrower or the Parent (or a Subsidiary thereof).

  • Performance Cash means any cash incentives granted pursuant to Article 9 payable to the Participant upon the achievement of such performance goals as the Committee shall establish.

  • Approved Operating Expenses means Operating Expenses incurred by Borrower which (i) are included in the Approved Annual Budget for the current calendar month, (ii) are for real estate taxes, insurance premiums, electric, gas, oil, water, sewer or other utility service to the Property, (iii) if applicable, are for property management fees payable to Manager under the Management Agreement, such amounts not to exceed three percent (3.0)% of the monthly Gross Revenue, (iv) or (v) have otherwise been approved by Lender.

  • Annual Operating Budget as defined in Section 6.2(c).

  • Ineligible Expenditures means those expenditures described as ineligible in Schedule C or deemed ineligible by Canada in accordance with Section 4.2.

  • Total Fund Operating Expenses with respect to a Fund is defined to include all expenses necessary or appropriate for the operation of the Fund including the Adviser’s investment advisory or management fee under the Advisory Agreement and other expenses described in the Advisory Agreement that the Fund is responsible for and have not been assumed by the Adviser, but excludes front-end or contingent deferred loads, taxes, leverage expenses, interest, brokerage commissions, expenses incurred in connection with any merger or reorganization, unusual or infrequently occurring expenses (such as litigation), acquired fund fees and expenses, and dividend expenses, if any.

  • Annual performance report means a written appraisal of the teaching staff member's performance prepared by the teaching staff member’s designated supervisor based on the evaluation rubric for his or her position.

  • Projected PJM Market Revenues means a component of the Market Seller Offer Cap calculated in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6.

  • EBITDA Target means the Company's projected earnings before interest, taxes, one-time transition expenses, non-cash compensation expense charges, depreciation and amortization, as contained in the Company's budget for the Applicable Period and which is approved by the Board (without reference to any adjustments or revision, upwards or downwards, to such projected earnings which are subsequently approved by the Board as part of any subsequent revision to such budget), and (ii) the term "Financial Results" shall mean the Company's EBITDA calculated by reference to the Company's financial statements for the Applicable Period as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

  • Additional Compensation has the meaning set out in Section 13.3(1).
