Static Pool Data definition

Static Pool Data. The information set forth in the Prospectus Supplement pursuant to Item 1105 of Regulation AB under the Act, whether or not such information is incorporated in the Prospectus Supplement or the Registration Statement.
Static Pool Data means any information provided by the Depositor as contemplated by Item 1105 of Regulation AB relating to securitized pools established by the Sponsor.
Static Pool Data has the meaning given to such term in Section 7.07(c).
