Storage Receipt Point definition

Storage Receipt Point means the point where gas may be received from the Storage Facility by Company for Customer that was previously delivered to such Storage Facility at the Storage Delivery Point under a Schedule of Service.

Examples of Storage Receipt Point in a sentence

  • If Company is satisfied that the volume of gas received by Company at the Storage Receipt Point connected to a Storage Facility was previously delivered by Company at the Storage Delivery Point for such Storage Facility, Company shall not charge Customer for Service under this Rate Schedule IT-S.

  • A Customer that holds FT-R Service may request the transfer of all or a portion of its Service that is in its Secondary Term to a Storage Receipt Point.

  • If Customer is not entitled to service under Rate Schedule IT-R at such Storage Receipt Point, then Customer shall pay the IT-R Rate at such Storage Receipt Point in respect of such volume of gas allocated to it hereunder.

  • If the operator of the gas storage facility fails to provide information to Company’s satisfaction that all or a portion of the volume of gas delivered by Company at the Storage Delivery Point connected to a Storage Facility is for the sole purpose of storage and ultimate receipt by Company from such Storage Facility at the Storage Receipt Point, then Company shall charge for such volumes in accordance with the allocations determined by Company in paragraph 4.2.

  • The term for any Schedule of Service for Service under Rate Schedule IT-S at each Storage Receipt Point and at each Storage Delivery Point shall be the term requested by Customer, provided that the term is a minimum of one (1) month and terminates on the last day of a Gas Year.

  • Customer undertakes to cause the operator of the gas storage facility connected to the Storage Receipt Point and the Storage Delivery Point to provide any information necessary to satisfy Company that the volume of gas received by Company at the Storage Receipt Point connected to a Storage Facility was previously delivered by Company at the Storage Delivery Point for such Storage Facility.

  • If the operator of a gas storage facility fails to provide information to Company’s satisfaction that all or a portion of the volume of gas received by Company at the Storage Receipt Point connected to a Storage Facility was previously delivered by Company at the Storage Delivery Point for such Storage Facility, then Company shall charge for such volumes in accordance with the allocations determined by Company in paragraph 4.1.

  • Any gas received at a Storage Receipt Point that was not previously subject to a receipt toll on the NGTL System would be treated as an IT-R receipt, subject to the applicable IT-R rate at the Storage Receipt Point.

  • Once transferred to either a Storage15 Delivery Point or a Storage Receipt Point, the contract is subject to the applicable toll16 for that delivery or receipt point for the duration of the transfer.

Related to Storage Receipt Point

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • storage vessel means a pressure vessel as defined in the Regulations for Pressure Vessels made under the Occupational Health and Safety Act;

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Storage tank means an aboveground storage tank or underground storage tank as defined by this Regulation.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Entry Point means a location in the water system after treatment or chemical addition, if any, but prior to the distribution system. A sample collected in the distribution system may be con- sidered an entry point sample if the department has determined it is more representative of the water sources.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Demarcation Point means the point where Qwest owned or controlled facilities cease, and CLEC, End User Customer, premises owner or landlord ownership or control of facilities begin. "Designed, Verified and Assigned Date" or "DVA" means the date on which implementation groups are to report that all documents and materials have been received and are complete.

  • Loading Port means the port of Port Hedland or if iron ore is not shipped, or is not shipped from that port, then such port (which may include the port of Port Hedland) as the Minister may determine for the purpose of this definition;

  • Fuel oil means heavy distillates or residues from crude oil or blends of such materials intended for use as a fuel for the production of heat or power of a quality equivalent to the “American Society for Testing and Materials’ Specification for Number Four Fuel Oil (Designation D 396-69)”, or heavier.
