Storm Water Drainage Facilities definition

Storm Water Drainage Facilities means any storm sewer, culvert bridge, ditch, river, creek, swale, stream, canal, detention or retention basin, pond, lake or stabilization structure utilized to convey/store storm water runoff from one point to another.
Storm Water Drainage Facilities means the surface water drainage system, storm drain lines and detention/sedimentation which service the Condominium Project, including Detention Basins.
Storm Water Drainage Facilities means the facilities for storm water collection and conveyance within the Development, including the roadside swales that have been constructed by the Declarant between the streets and sidewalks in ACHD’s right-of-way with respect to the dedicated public streets, and also next to the Private Streets within the Private Street easements.
