Street Landscaping definition

Street Landscaping means the street trees, grass, landscaping and vegetation (as applicable) located within or along the streets in the Community.
Street Landscaping means the street trees, grass, landscaping and vegetation located within or along the Private Streets in the Community and shall include any irrigation system for the foregoing and any Entry Monuments and associated landscaping.
Street Landscaping means the street landscaping to be constructed by the Developer in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein and as illustrated on the Landscape Plan and as may be amended from time to time pursuant to subsections 2.3(b) and 2.3(c) herein;

Examples of Street Landscaping in a sentence

  • Upon expiration of the Guarantee Period set out below, (i) District shall maintain the Landscaping Area consistent with the standards attached to this Agreement as Exhibit E-1C (the “Street Landscaping Maintenance Standards”), and (ii) District shall maintain the District Parks consistent with the Silverwood Park Maintenance standards attached to this Agreement as Exhibit E-2D (the “Park Maintenance Standards”, and together with the Street Landscaping Maintenance Standards, the “Maintenance Standards”).

  • The Director will not issue a Certificate of Completion for any Component of the Street Landscaping until after receipt of a report from the Developer’s landscape architect, in form and content satisfactory to the Director, certifying that the said Component of the Street Landscaping has been completed.

  • Upon expiration of the Guarantee Period set out below, (i) District shall maintain the Landscaping Area consistent with the standards attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C (the “Street Landscaping Maintenance Standards”), and (ii) District shall maintain the District Parks consistent with the Silverwood Park Maintenance standards attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D (the “Park Maintenance Standards”, and together with the Street Landscaping Maintenance Standards, the “Maintenance Standards”).
