Street Pole Franchises definition

Street Pole Franchises means the franchises approved by the FCRC on or after July 14, 2004, authorizing installation of Base Stations on Street Poles.

  • The City agrees that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, if it grants additional Street Pole Franchises in addition to those expressly listed on the Priority List, any Street Pole reservation priority rights that are provided under any such subsequent Street Pole Franchisee shall be lower in priority rank than those expressly listed on the Priority List.

  • Easements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.12.

  • Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.

  • Environmental Permits means any and all permits, licenses, approvals, registrations, notifications, exemptions and other authorizations required under any Environmental Law.

  • Good Standing means only that as of the date of this opinion the Company is up-to-date with the filing of its annual returns and payment of annual fees with the Registrar of Companies. We have made no enquiries into the Company’s good standing with respect to any filings or payment of fees, or both, that it may be required to make under the laws of the Cayman Islands other than the Companies Act.

  • Special Railway Licence means the relevant miscellaneous licence for railway and, if applicable, other purposes, granted to the Company pursuant to subclause (6)(a)(i) as varied in accordance with subclause (6)(h) or subclause (6)(i) and according to the requirements of the context describes the area of land from time to time the subject of that licence;

  • Charters means Kitty Hawk Charters, Inc., one of the Debtors.

  • Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.

  • Governmental Permits has the meaning specified in Section 5.8.

  • Pre-Existing Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property Rights vested in or licensed to the Client or the Contractor prior to or independently of the performance by the Client of the Contractor of their obligations under this Contract.
