Licenses means all licenses, permits, certificates of authority, authorizations, approvals, registrations, franchises and similar consents granted or issued by any Governmental or Regulatory Authority.
Permits means all permits, licenses, franchises, approvals, authorizations, registrations, certificates, variances and similar rights obtained, or required to be obtained, from Governmental Authorities.
Business Licenses has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(x).
FCC Licenses means broadcasting and other licenses, authorizations, waivers and permits which are issued from time to time by the FCC.
Conduct of Business Regulations means the directions issued by the Bank from time to time on Fair Practices Code and Know Your Customer.
Permits and Licenses means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, exception, variance or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of a government or governmental agency or under any applicable law, regulation, rule or order.
Liquor Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.10.
Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;
Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Business Permits means any approvals, permits, filings, registrations, etc which the Company is required to have for legally and validly operating all its businesses, including without limitation, Business License of Corporate Legal Person, Operation Permit of Value-added Telecommunication Service and such other relevant permits and licenses as required by the then-effective PRC Law.
Easements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.12.
Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.
Environmental Permits means any and all permits, licenses, approvals, registrations, notifications, exemptions and other authorizations required under any Environmental Law.
Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.
Tradenames means all telephone exchanges and numbers, trade names, trade styles, trade marks, and other identifying material, and all variations thereof, together with all related goodwill (it being understood and agreed that the name of the hotel chain to which the Hotel is affiliated by franchise, license or management agreement is a protected name or registered service xxxx of such hotel chain and cannot be transferred to Buyer by this Contract, provided that all such franchise, license, management and other agreements granting a right to use the name of such hotel chain or any other trademark or trade name and all waivers of any brand standard shall be assigned to Buyer.
Good Standing means only that as of the date of this opinion the Company is up-to-date with the filing of its annual returns and payment of annual fees with the Registrar of Companies. We have made no enquiries into the Company’s good standing with respect to any filings or payment of fees, or both, that it may be required to make under the laws of the Cayman Islands other than the Companies Act.
Special Railway Licence means the relevant miscellaneous licence for railway and, if applicable, other purposes, granted to the Company pursuant to subclause (6)(a)(i) as varied in accordance with subclause (6)(h) or subclause (6)(i) and according to the requirements of the context describes the area of land from time to time the subject of that licence;
Charters means Kitty Hawk Charters, Inc., one of the Debtors.
Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.
Real Property Rights means all real property rights and interests of the Acquired Companies, including all fee interests, options, leases, easements, land use rights, access easements, transmission line easements, rights to ingress and egress, any and all bids, grants, awards, applications, rights to negotiate and all other rights relating to the Land.
Health Care Permits means any and all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, certificates of need, accreditations and plans of third-party accreditation agencies that are (a) necessary to enable any Borrower to operate any health care facility or participate in and receive payment under any Government Reimbursement Program or other Third Party Payor Arrangement, as applicable, or otherwise continue to conduct its business as it is conducted on the Closing Date, or (b) required under any Health Care Law.
Governmental Permits has the meaning specified in Section 5.8.
Pre-Existing Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property Rights vested in or licensed to the Client or the Contractor prior to or independently of the performance by the Client of the Contractor of their obligations under this Contract.
Industrial Property Rights means all of the Company's patents, trademarks, trade names, inventions, copyrights, know-how or trade secrets, formulas and science, now in existence or hereafter developed or acquired by the Company or for its use, relating to any and all products and services which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company.
Authorizations means all filings, recordings, and registrations with, and all validations or exemptions, approvals, orders, authorizations, consents, franchises, licenses, certificates, and permits from, any Governmental Authority.
Farmers market means a marketplace which operates seasonally, principally as a common market for Iowa-produced farm products on a retail basis for consumption elsewhere.
