Subcontratante Ulterior designa as Filiais da SAP, a SAP SE, as Filiais da SAP SE e terceiros contratados pela SAP, SAP SE ou Filiais da SAP SE em relação ao Serviço Cloud e que tratam Dados Pessoais de acordo com este ATD. Na eventualidade da existência de conflitos e/ou de termos e condições inconsistentes entre a versão portuguesa e a versão inglesa do presente contrato, a versão inglesa será prevalecente.
Subcontratante Ulterior refere-se a outros subcontratantes utilizados pelo Fornecedor para tratar Dados Pessoais.
