Subject RSUs means that number of RSUs set forth on the Securityholder’s signature page attached to this Agreement, being all of the RSUs owned legally or beneficially by the Securityholder or over which the Securityholder exercises control or direction;

Examples of Subject RSUs in a sentence

  • The number of such Subject RSUs that are eligible to vest hereunder shall be based on the extent to which the applicable Performance Goal(s), as described in the attached Schedule I, are achieved pursuant to the vesting schedule set forth therein.

  • Vesting determinations shall be made separately with respect to the Subject RSUs that relate to the Standard Component and each of the First Tranche, Second Tranche and Third Tranche.

Subject RSUs means that number of Restricted Share Units set forth on Schedule "A" attached to this Agreement, being all of the Restricted Share Units owned legally and/or beneficially, either directly or indirectly, by the Shareholder or over which the Shareholder exercises control or direction, either directly or indirectly, and shall further include any restricted share units otherwise acquired by the Shareholder after the date hereof.

Related to Subject RSUs

  • Restricted Shares shall have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Company RSUs means any restricted stock units granted under any of the Company Equity Plans.

  • Restricted Share Unit means the right granted to a Participant pursuant to Article 7 to receive a Share at a future date.

  • Restricted Stock means Shares issued pursuant to a Restricted Stock award under Section 7 of the Plan, or issued pursuant to the early exercise of an Option.

  • Restricted Stock Units means an Award of stock units subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Administrator may determine at the time of grant.

  • Vesting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c)(ii).
