Subscribed Service Specific Terms means the Optomany’s standard terms for provision of Support Services, as amended by Optomany from time to time; Subscription Fee means, in respect of each Subscribed Service, the fees payable by the Merchant in consideration of that Subscribed Service as set out in the Pricing Terms; Support Services means, in respect of the relevant Subscribed Service, the support services provided by Optomany to the Merchant as described in the Subscribed Service Specific Terms; Update means a revision to Subscribed Services or improvement to the functionality of the Subscribed Services, and may contain new features or enhancement. Examples of Subscribed Service Specific Terms in a sentence

  • Support Support Services shall be available to the Customer for the Services for the duration of the respective Service Period, to the extent and in the manner notified to the Customer by Sprout or specified in the relevant Subscribed Service Specific Terms.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Service Schedule means the document entitled “Service Schedule” containing additional terms relating to a particular Service which schedule shall form part of this Agreement;

The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s), as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer- in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/ handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • New Services Queue Closing Date means each April 30 and October 31 shall be the Queue Closing Date for the New Services Queue comprised of Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests received during the six-month period ending on such date. “New York ISO” or “NYISO” shall mean the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. or any successor thereto.
