Subscriber Marks definition

Subscriber Marks means the various trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features and designations used by Subscriber in connection with its business and/or Charging Stations.
Subscriber Marks has the meaning set out in Section 8.2 (Use of Subscriber Marks).
Subscriber Marks means any trademarks or service marks that Subscriber provides Liscio for the purpose of referring to Subscriber within the user interface for the Services.

Examples of Subscriber Marks in a sentence

  • As between CPI and Subscriber, Subscriber retains and reserves all right, title and interest (including all related Intellectual Property Rights) in and to (i) all Subscriber Marks and (ii) all Subscriber Content and Services (collectively, the “Subscriber Property”).

  • CPI may utilize the Subscriber Marks to advertise that Subscriber is using the ChargePoint Services.

  • In order to preserve the inherent value of the Notarize Marks and Subscriber Marks, respectively, each party shall maintain a level of the quality of products and services offered at least as high as immediately prior to the Order Date.

  • Subscriber also consents to the inclusion of Subscriber Marks in customer lists that may be published as part of Notarize’s marketing and promotional efforts.

  • Notwithstanding this Section 6.4, iCIMS may continue to use the Subscriber IP and Subscriber Marks (as defined below) to satisfy its post-termination or expiration obligations or as otherwise set forth in this Agreement or the Data Security & Privacy Statement.

  • With Subscriber’s prior written consent, CPI may utilize the Subscriber Marks to advertise that Subscriber is using the ChargePoint Services.

  • Subscriber may end Notarize’s use of Subscriber Marks, and Notarize may end Subscriber’s use of Notarize’s Marks, at any time after notice and a reasonable wind-down period.

  • Notarize acknowledges that, as between the parties, Subscriber is the sole and exclusive owner of Subscriber Marks and all goodwill associated with Subscriber Marks, and that any associated goodwill created by the Agreement inures solely and exclusively to Subscriber.

  • Zendesk’s ability to use Subscriber Marks will be set forth in a Service Order or by mutual agreement of the Parties.

  • ChargePoint may not utilize the Subscriber Marks to advertise that Subscriber is using the ChargePoint Services without the prior written consent of Subscriber.

Related to Subscriber Marks

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Subscriber Information means any information contained in the form of data or any form that is held by a service provider, relating to subscribers of its services, other than traffic data or content data, by which can be established-

  • Distributor means a person who distributes.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.
