Subscriber User means any person authorized under the Hosted Services Agreement to procure, change, or disconnects any service through Web Self Care.

Subscriber User means any Authorized User for whom a license to the Software has been ordered under a Service Order, which includes attorneys, paralegals, case managers, administrators, and any other individual designated by Subscriber as a user under the “Subscriber Administration” function of the Software. Subscriber users do not include foreign national and employer clients of Subscriber who are using the system to obtain an immigration benefit.

• Each User Identity or Certificate License deployed to a CA Services Subscriber for further redistribution to a CA Services Subscriber User shall count as one (1) User Identity or one (1) Certificate License issued hereunder.

• Please also note that Subscriber User Content and Feedback may contain typographical errors, other inadvertent errors or inaccuracies.

• Each copy of CA Services Software distributed by Customer to (i) a CA Services Subscriber, or (ii) a CA Services Subscriber User, shall count as one (1) copy of CA Services Software licensed hereunder.

• Each copy of CA Services Software distributed to a CA Services Subscriber for further re-distribution to a CA Services Subscriber User shall count as one (1) copy of CA Services Software licensed hereunder.

• You acknowledge and agree that you, the Customer, have all required rights to submit Subscriber User Content and Feedback without violation of any third-party rights.

More Definitions of Subscriber User
