Subscription Based License means the revocable, non-exclusive license granted to the Customer by Graitec for the duration set forth in the Agreement, either to access and use the Online Solution or to install the On-Premises Solution; it includes the Maintenance and the Technical Support.

Subscription Based License is a type of license which allow Customer to use Akeytsu Software for a limited period of use (monthly or annual period) depending of the plan subscribed (monthly plan or annual plan). At the end of the subscription plan, the subscription-based license expires, and Customer shall no longer use Akeytsu Software. Each Subscription-based license include Maintenance for the period of the subscription plan. The rights of use and the restrictions of the Subscription-Based License depends on Customer License Type are defined in the EULA.

Related to Subscription Based License

  • Subscription License means a particular type of license to a Software Product that allow s a Customer to use the Software Product for a specified period of time identified in the Quote. For reference, a Software Product that is a Subscription License shall have the word “Subscription” in the Software Product name and/or have the letters “SU” at the end of the product number for the Software Product.

  • Subscription Rights means the right to participate in the Rights Offering.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.
