You will always pay a minimum monthly Subscription Charge for the duration of the Subscription Plan, which will be based on the greater of (a) a percentage of the total number of employees, or (b) a determined number of Active Users.
For the avoidance of doubt, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s initial invoice for any Services under Named User Licenses will include the Subscription Charge for the initial month (prorated where applicable) and Subscription Charge billed in advance for the upcoming month.
