Subscription Metrics definition

Subscription Metrics means terms set forth in separate writing (such as a proposal or written agreement be- tween You and the Provider) or an invoice describing the scope of Your right to use the Service. The Subscription Metrics typically spell out the subject of the subscription such as a specific type of Center, the number of licenses covered by Host Subscriptions and the Subscription Period. The Subscription Metrics are incorporated by refer- ence into this Agreement.
Subscription Metrics means each of the per-unit metrics specified in the Ordering Documents to describe the scope of Customer’s right to use each of the Subscription Services, such as the maximum number of Users, restricted Users, Content type, and the like.
Subscription Metrics mean subscription metrics and values specified in the Ordering Document, if any.

Examples of Subscription Metrics in a sentence

  • Additional Subscription Metrics, if any, are prorated for the remainder of the then-current Subscription Services Term of the applicable Purchase Schedule.

  • Customer agrees not to activate and deactivate Users repeatedly as a method of keeping the number of Users within range of the Subscription Metrics stated in the Purchase Schedule.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
