Subsequent Subscription definition

Subsequent Subscription means the purchase of a subscription to any Eligible Product after the completion of the Minimum Purchase and for a period of two (2) years after the Effective Date.

Subsequent Subscription means the minimum subsequent subscription for Sharesas specified in the relevant Supplement.

Subsequent Subscription and "Subsequent Subscription Date" shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in Section 3(d) hereof.
