Subsidiary Equity Plan definition

Subsidiary Equity Plan means any of the HomeAdvisor International, LLC 2016 Incentive Plan, the La Centrale des Marches Prives SARL 2015 Incentive Plan, the MHelpdesk, Inc. 2014 Equity Incentive Plan, and the HomeStars, Inc. 2017 Incentive Plan.
Subsidiary Equity Plan means the ABP Sub, Inc. 2019 Incentive Award Plan, as amended from time to time.
Subsidiary Equity Plan means any of the HomeAdvisor International, LLC 2016 Incentive Plan, the La Centrale des Marches Prives SARL
