Subsidiary Security Documents definition

Subsidiary Security Documents collectively, the Subsidiary Security Agreements and the Subsidiary Pledge Agreements.
Subsidiary Security Documents means the deed of trust or mortgage instrument to be delivered to Atlantic by a Subsidiary, substantially in the form of the Homestead Security Documents, in connection with the funding of any Future Project owned by Subsidiary as security for the Corporate Note, the Partnership Note and any Subsidiary Note executed and delivered after the date hereof, and any other security instruments delivered by such Subsidiary from time to time as security for the Corporate Note, the Partnership Note and any such Subsidiary Note.
Subsidiary Security Documents means the deed of trust or mortgage instrument to be delivered to PTR by a Subsidiary, substantially in the form of the Homestead Security Documents, in connection with the funding of any Future Project owned by Subsidiary as security for the Corporate Note, the Partnership Note and any Subsidiary Note executed and delivered after the date hereof, and any other security instruments delivered by such Subsidiary from time to time as security for the Corporate Note, the Partnership Note and any such Subsidiary Note.

Examples of Subsidiary Security Documents in a sentence

  • In the event any Subsidiary executes a Subsidiary Note and/or any Subsidiary Security Documents as contemplated under this Section 2.4, the parties shall, contemporaneously therewith, execute, deliver, and, if appropriate, record, such amendments to the Loan Documents as may reasonably be necessary or appropriate to properly document any resulting changes in the Maximum Corporate Loan Amount and/or the Maximum Partnership Loan Amount.

  • All Security Documents or Subsidiary Security Documents (or financing statements with respect thereto) shall have been appropriately filed or recorded to the satisfaction of the Agent; any pledged collateral shall have been duly delivered to the Agent; and the priority and perfection of the Liens created by the Security Documents or Subsidiary Security Documents shall have been established to the satisfaction of the Agent and its counsel.

  • The provisions of Subsection 3.2a to the contrary notwithstanding, the Borrower shall be required to deliver to the Collateral Agent not more frequently than once each year an updated Perfection Certificate so that the Collateral Agent can prepare additional Security Documents and Subsidiary Security Documents for execution and delivery by the Borrower and/or its Subsidiaries, if needed, to insure compliance with Subsection 3.2a.

  • The following definitions are deleted in their entirety: AG Asia, Beige Book, Borrowing Base, Foothill Debt, Foothill Loan Documents, Net Operating Cash Flow, Section 365(j) Property, Secured Floating Rate Note Agreement, Secured Floating Rate Notes, Special Purpose Subsidiary, Special Purpose Subsidiary Security Documents, SP Sub Collateral and Unsold Housing Inventory.


More Definitions of Subsidiary Security Documents

Subsidiary Security Documents means, individually or collectively, the Subsidiary Deeds of Trust, the Subsidiary Notes, and the Subsidiary Security Agreements.
Subsidiary Security Documents means any or all of the Subsidiary Security Agreements, the Subsidiary Guaranties, the Subsidiary Trademark Pledges and the Subsidiary Patent Security Agreements.

Subsidiary Security Documents means the pledge agreement in the form attached as EXHIBIT B to this Note, the security agreement in the form attached as EXHIBIT D to this Note, dated as of the Initial Draw Date, given by Subsidiary in favor of Lender, and the intellectual property security agreement in the form attached as EXHIBIT C to this Note, dated as of the Initial Draw Date, given by Borrower and Subsidiary in favor of Lender, as they may hereafter be amended, restated, extended, supplemented, modified, renewed, or replaced from time to time.
