Substandard lot definition

Substandard lot means any lot which is smaller, in area or in any dimension, than the minimum area or dimension stipulated in the regulations of the District in which the lot is located;
Substandard lot means a lot created and recorded prior to the effective date of ordinances implementing these rules which does not meet the dimensional requirements of these rules.
