Substantive review definition

Substantive review means an assessment of the merit of a candidate's dossier in terms of the department, college, and University-wide criteria and standards appropriate to the type of review. [FH 802.00]

Substantive review means the Board's process for determining whether an applicant for licensure, certification, or approval meets the requirements of A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 14 and this Chapter.
