Whilst the numbers of BAME students is small in each graduating cohort, the performance to date has resulted in a greater degree of fluctuation than anticipated. We are continuing to monitor the performance of XXXX students compared to their White peers. In 2015-16 we have improved our in-year reporting and introduced in-year monitoring reports to enable early intervention based on provisional results from Year 0 onwards should results indicate a divergence in performance. 2.15.3 This will remain a key area of focus for our student success initiatives in order to further explore the challenges that may be impacting on XXXX students at NUA and support measures that we are able to introduce in an effort to reverse this trend and improve the relative performance of XXXX students.
