Our Aim. In an effort to make the payment of any monies owing to the Tasman Council easier and more convenient for all customers, the Tasman Council is now offering a direct debit in addition to it’s other payment method. Our aim is to insure that there is a method of payment for each customer that is quick and convenient. Direct Debit is the electronic transfer of the funds from your bank account (at a nominated financial institution) to pay your accounts automatically. Bank accounts that issue statements, such as your cheque account or a statement savings account are eligible. Some passbook accounts and investment accounts are not included in the service. If in doubt, please check with your financial institution. This document outlines our service commitment to you, in respect of the Direct Debit Request arrangements made between the Tasman Council, and you. It sets out your rights, our commitment to you and your responsibilities to us together with where you should go for assistance. In the terms of Direct Debit Request arrangements made between the Tasman Council and you, we undertake to periodically debit your nominated account for the agreed amount for payment of your rates.

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances: 4.2.1.1 With reasonable notification from AT&T-12STATE and upon AT&T-12STATE’s request, CLEC shall convert all of its Embedded Base to two-way trunks. 4.2.1.2 At any time an Embedded Base trunk group (either originating or terminating) requires augmentation, AT&T-12STATE can require the associated originating and terminating trunks to be converted to a single two-way trunk group prior to the augmentation. 4.2.1.3 When any network changes are to be performed on a project basis (i.e., central office conversions, tandem re-homes, etc.), upon request and reasonable notice by AT&T-12STATE, CLEC will convert all of its Embedded Base affected by the project within the intervals and due dates required by the project parameters. 4.2.1.4 In addition to the foregoing, CLEC may choose, at any time, to convert its Embedded Base to two-way trunk groups. 4.2.1.5 The Parties will coordinate any trunk group migration, trunk group prioritization and implementation schedule. AT&T-12STATE agrees to develop a cutover plan within thirty (30) days of notification to CLEC of the need to convert pursuant to Section 4.2.1.1 above and Section 4.2.1.3 above.

  • Using Your Card You understand that the use of your credit card or credit card account will constitute acknowledgement of receipt and agreement to the terms of the Credit Card Agreement and Credit Card Account Opening Disclosure (Disclosure). You may use your card to make purchases from merchants and others who accept your card. The credit union is not responsible for the refusal of any merchant or financial institution to honor your card. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. In addition, you may obtain cash advances from the Credit Union, from other financial institutions that accept your card, and from some automated teller machines (ATMs). (Not all ATMs accept your card.) If the credit union authorizes ATM transactions with your card, it will issue you a personal identification number (PIN). To obtain cash advances from an ATM, you must use the PIN issued to you for use with your card. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Even if you use your card for an illegal transaction, you will be responsible for all amounts and charges incurred in connection with the transaction. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, you may also use your card to purchase instruments and engage in transactions that we consider the equivalent of cash. Such transactions will be posted to your account as cash advances and include, but are not limited to, wire transfers, money orders, bets, lottery tickets, and casino gaming chips, as applicable. This paragraph shall not be interpreted as permitting or authorizing any transaction that is illegal.

  • Our Relationship With You We are an independent contractor for all purposes, except that we act as your agent with respect to the custody of your funds for the Service. We do not have control of, or liability for, any products or services that are paid for with our Service. We also do not guarantee the identity of any user of the Service (including but not limited to recipients to whom you send payments).

  • Xxxxxx and Recall 1. When the Board determines to reduce the number of positions in one or more classifications covered by this agreement because of decreased enrollment of pupils, suspension of schools, territorial changes, lack of work, return to duty of an employee from a leave of absence, or financial reasons, the Board shall follow the procedure set forth in this Section. 2. The Board shall determine in which classification the layoffs should occur and the number of employees to be laid off. 3. The Board shall lay off employees in the affected classification on the basis of reverse seniority in that classification. Seniority shall be defined as the length of continuous service as a regular employee of the Board of Education. 4. The names of laid off employees shall be kept on a recall list by classification until for two years maximum. If the Board determines to fill any position in a classification during this period of time, the Board must offer the position to the most senior employee on the recall list for that classification. The offer of recall shall be made by written notice sent to the employee at his most recent address on record by certified mail. It is the employee's responsibility to keep the Board informed of his up to date address. The employee shall have seven (7) days after the notice is mailed to accept the offer of recall and report to work. If he does not report during such seven-day period, his name shall be eliminated from the recall list and the employment relationship between him and the Board shall cease. If the first employee on the recall list for a classification does not accept the recall, the Board shall offer the position to the next most senior employee from that classification on the recall list by the procedure outlined in this Section, and so on, until the position is filled. Any employee who resigns after receiving the notice provided in Division 4 of this Section, shall be entitled, upon request, to be placed upon the recall list and shall have same recall rights as if laid off. 5. For purposes of this Section, the following classifications will be used. 1. Bus Driver 9. Bus Aide 2. Bus Mechanic 10. Head Cook 3. Building Maintenance 11. Cafeteria Worker

  • DOMICILIUM CITANDI ET EXECUTANDI 37.1 The Parties and the Participants choose as their domicilia citandi et executandi for all purposes under this Trust Deed, whether in respect of court process, notices or other documents or communications of whatsoever nature, the following addresses and fax numbers and email addresses – 37.1.1 The Company and the Trustees: Harmony Xxxxxx Xxxx, xxx Xxxx Xxxx Xxxx xxx Xxxx Xxxxxx, Randfontein, 1759; Telefax: +00 (0)00 000-0000; email: xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx.xx; 37.1.2 Each Participant: the address, telefax number and email address (if any) notified by the Participant to the Company or the Trustees in writing from time to time. 37.2 Any notice or communication required or permitted to be given in terms of this Trust Deed shall be valid and effective only if in writing and, unless otherwise provided by the Trustees, it shall be competent to give notice by telefax and e-mail. 37.3 Any of the parties may by notice to the other parties change the physical address chosen as its domicilium citandi et executandi vis-à-vis that party to another physical address in South Africa or its telefax number, provided that the change shall become effective vis-à-vis that addressee on the fourth business day from the deemed receipt of the notice by the addressee. 37.4 Any notice to a party – 37.4.1 sent by prepaid registered post (by airmail if appropriate) in a correctly addressed envelope to it at its domicilium citandi et executandi shall be deemed to have been received on the 10th (tenth) business day after posting (unless the contrary is proved); 37.4.2 delivered by hand to a responsible person during ordinary business hours at its domicilium citandi et executandi shall be deemed to have been received on the day of delivery; or 37.4.3 sent by telefax or email to its chosen telefax number or email address referred to in clause 37.1.1, shall be deemed to have been received on the date of dispatch (unless the contrary is proved). 37.5 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained a written notice or communication actually received by a party shall be an adequate written notice or communication to it notwithstanding that it was not sent to or delivered at its chosen domicilium citandi et executandi.

  • Xxxxxx, Esq Anyone to whom a notice may be given under this Agreement may designate a new address by notice to that effect given to the other party in accordance with this subsection (b). Each such notice shall be deemed given upon the receipt thereof when delivered in person and on the second business day after the mailing when sent by mail as aforesaid. (c) You understand that, upon exercise of this Option, you may recognize income for tax purposes in an amount equal to the excess of the then fair market value of the Shares purchased over the Option Price for such Shares. Your employer may withhold tax from your current compensation with respect to such income or any other income which it deems you to have received in connection therewith; to the extent that your then current compensation is insufficient to satisfy the withholding tax liability, you will be required to make a cash payment to cover such liability as a condition of exercise of this Option. (d) If this Option shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall issue in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated Option, or in lieu of and in substitution for the Option lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Option of like tenor and denomination, but only upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Option and such indemnity and, if requested by the Company, such bond, as shall in each case be satisfactory to the Company. You must also comply with such other reasonable requirements and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe in connection with such issuance. (e) This Option shall be governed and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of New York applicable to contracts executed, delivered and to be fully performed in the State of New York, without giving effect to contrary provisions regarding conflict of laws. (f) This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon your heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives, and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Company and its successors and assigns. You may not assign, transfer, pledge, encumber, hypothecate or otherwise dispose of this Agreement, or any of your rights hereunder except if and to the extent expressly permitted by Section 8 of this Agreement, and any such attempted prohibited delegation or disposition shall be null and void and without effect. (g) This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and no statement, representation, warranty or covenant has been made by either party with respect thereto except as expressly set forth herein. This Agreement shall not be altered, modified, amended or terminated except by written instrument signed by each of the parties hereto. (h) This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. (i) The section headings contained herein are for the purposes of convenience only, are not intended to define or limit the contents of said sections and are not part of this Agreement. (j) By signing below, you hereby accept this Option subject to all of the terms and provisions hereof and acknowledge all of the representations, warranties and agreements set forth above. This Option shall not be effective until you have signed this Option and delivered it to the Company.

  • Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx/Market Abuse Laws You acknowledge that, depending on your country or broker’s country, or the country in which Common Stock is listed, you may be subject to xxxxxxx xxxxxxx restrictions and/or market abuse laws in applicable jurisdictions, which may affect your ability to accept, acquire, sell or attempt to sell, or otherwise dispose of the shares of Common Stock, rights to shares of Common Stock (e.g., RSUs) or rights linked to the value of Common Stock, during such times as you are considered to have “inside information” regarding the Company (as defined by the laws or regulations in applicable jurisdictions, including the United States and your country). Local xxxxxxx xxxxxxx laws and regulations may prohibit the cancellation or amendment of orders you placed before possessing inside information. Furthermore, you may be prohibited from (i) disclosing insider information to any third party, including fellow employees and (ii) “tipping” third parties or causing them to otherwise buy or sell securities. Any restrictions under these laws or regulations are separate from and in addition to any restrictions that may be imposed under any applicable Company xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy.
