The purpose of this Customer Code of Conduct is to set out the standard of service our customers can expect to receive from IMRO and how we can help each other.

Our Aim. The Partnership Board is a strategic partnership that works to influence the development of services and support for people with learning disabilities. It will focus on the issues affecting people with learning disabilities and the implementation of the Learning Disability Strategy and Valuing People Now within Leeds. Our Aim. In an effort to make the payment of any monies owing to the Tasman Council easier and more convenient for all customers, the Tasman Council is now offering a direct debit in addition to it’s other payment method. Our aim is to insure that there is a method of payment for each customer that is quick and convenient. Direct Debit is the electronic transfer of the funds from your bank account (at a nominated financial institution) to pay your accounts automatically. Bank accounts that issue statements, such as your cheque account or a statement savings account are eligible. Some passbook accounts and investment accounts are not included in the service. This document outlines our service commitment to you, in respect of the Direct Debit Request arrangements made between the Tasman Council, and you. It sets out your rights, our commitment to you and your responsibilities to us together with where you should go for assistance. In the terms of Direct Debit Request arrangements made between the Tasman Council and you, we undertake to periodically debit your nominated account for the agreed amount for payment of your rates.

  • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

  • Reducing Text Messaging While Driving Pursuant to Executive Order 13513, 74 FR 51225 (Oct. 6, 2009), Recipient should encourage its employees, subrecipients, and contractors to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging while driving, and Recipient should establish workplace safety policies to decrease accidents caused by distracted drivers.

  • AT&T-12STATE acknowledges that CLEC may have an embedded base of one-way trunks ordered and installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement that were used for termination of CLEC’s Section 251(b)(5)/IntraLATA Toll Traffic to AT&T-12STATE (Embedded Base). To the extent that CLEC has such an Embedded Base, CLEC shall only augment trunk groups in the Embedded Base with the mutual agreement of the Parties. CLEC shall not order any new one-way trunk groups following the Effective Date of this Agreement. Moreover, the Parties agree that the Embedded Base will be converted to two-way trunk groups under the following circumstances: 4.2.1.1 With reasonable notification from AT&T-12STATE and upon AT&T-12STATE’s request, CLEC shall convert all of its Embedded Base to two-way trunks. 4.2.1.2 At any time an Embedded Base trunk group (either originating or terminating) requires augmentation, AT&T-12STATE can require the associated originating and terminating trunks to be converted to a single two-way trunk group prior to the augmentation. 4.2.1.3 When any network changes are to be performed on a project basis (i.e., central office conversions, tandem re-homes, etc.), upon request and reasonable notice by AT&T-12STATE, CLEC will convert all of its Embedded Base affected by the project within the intervals and due dates required by the project parameters. 4.2.1.4 In addition to the foregoing, CLEC may choose, at any time, to convert its Embedded Base to two-way trunk groups. 4.2.1.5 The Parties will coordinate any trunk group migration, trunk group prioritization and implementation schedule. AT&T-12STATE agrees to develop a cutover plan within thirty (30) days of notification to CLEC of the need to convert pursuant to Section 4.2.1.1 above and Section 4.2.1.3 above.

  • Our Relationship With You We are an independent contractor for all purposes, except that we act as your agent with respect to the custody of your funds for the Service. We do not have control of, or liability for, any products or services that are paid for with our Service.   • Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) 2.8.3.1 UNTW is unshielded twisted copper wiring that is used to extend circuits from an intra-building network cable terminal or from a building entrance terminal to an individual End User’s point of demarcation. It is the final portion of the Loop that in multi-subscriber configurations represents the point at which the network branches out to serve individual subscribers. 2.8.3.2 This element will be provided in MDUs and/or Multi-Tenants Units (MTUs) where either Party owns wiring all the way to the End User’s premises. Neither Party will provide this element in locations where the property owner provides its own wiring to the End User’s premises, where a third party owns the wiring to the End User’s premises.

  • Xxxxxx and Recall ‌ An employee in receipt of notice of layoff pursuant to 9.08(A)(a)(ii) may: (a) accept the layoff; or (b) opt to receive a separation allowance as outlined in Article 9.12; or (c) opt to retire, if eligible under the terms of the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) as outlined in Article 9.08(B); or (d) displace another employee who has lesser bargaining unit seniority in the same or a lower or an identical-paying classification in the bargaining unit if the employee originally subject to layoff has the ability to meet the normal requirements of the job. An employee so displaced shall be deemed to have been laid off and shall be entitled to notice in accordance with Article 9.08(A)(a). An employee who chooses to exercise the right to displace another employee with lesser seniority shall advise the Hospital of their intention to do so and the position claimed within seven (7) days after receiving the notice of layoff. For purposes of the operation of clause (d), an identical-paying classification shall include any classification where the straight-time hourly wage rate at the level of service corresponding to that of the laid off employee is within 1% of the laid off employee's straight time hourly wage rate. (e) In the event that there are no employees with lesser seniority in the same or a lower or identical-paying classification, as defined in this article, a laid-off employee shall have the right to displace another employee with lesser seniority in a higher-paying classification provided they are able to meet the normal requirements of the job, with orientation but without additional training. (f) In addition, in combined full-time/part-time collective agreements, a full-time employee shall also be entitled to displace another full-time employee with lesser seniority in a higher-paying classification provided that they are able to meet the normal requirements of the job, with orientation but without additional training, when there are no other full-time employees in the same or a lower or similar-paying classification with lesser seniority, prior to being required to displace a part-time employee. (g) An employee who is subject to layoff other than a layoff of a permanent or long-term nature including a full time employee whose hours of work are, subject to Article 14.01, reduced, shall have the right to accept the layoff or displace another employee in accordance with (a) and (d) above. (h) No full-time employee within the bargaining unit shall be laid off by reason of their duties being assigned to one or more part-time employees. (i) In the event of a layoff of an employee, the Hospital shall pay its share of insured benefits premiums for the duration of the five-month notice period provided for in Article 9.08(A)(a). (j) The Hospital agrees to post vacancies during the recall period, as per the job posting procedure, allowing employees on recall to participate in the posting procedure. Should the position not be filled via the job posting procedure, an employee shall have opportunity of recall from a layoff to an available opening, in order of seniority, provided they have the ability to perform the work. (k) In determining the ability of an employee to perform the work for the purposes of the paragraphs above, the Hospital shall not act in an arbitrary or unfair manner. (l) An employee recalled to work in a different classification from which they were laid off shall have the privilege of returning to the position held prior to the layoff should it become vacant within six (6) months of being recalled. (m) No new employees shall be hired until all those laid off have been given an opportunity to return to work and have failed to do so, in accordance with the loss of seniority provision, or have been found unable to perform the work available. (n) The Hospital shall notify the employee of recall opportunity by registered mail, addressed to the last address on record with the Hospital (which notification shall be deemed to be received on the second day following the date of mailing). The notification shall state the job to which the employee is eligible to be recalled and the date and time at which the employee shall report for work. The employee is solely responsible for their proper address being on record with the Hospital.
