If no beneficiary is named, or if a named beneficiary does not survive the Grantee, the Successor Holder may exercise the Grantee’s rights under the Plan.
Any reference to “Holder” or “applicant” in the Declaration of Trust or in the Application means the Holder or Successor Holder.
