Successor Holder definition

Successor Holder means the individual who is the Holder’s survivor as defined in subsection 146.2(1) of the Act whom the Holder designates to become and who then becomes the holder (as defined in subsection 146.2(1) of the Act) of the Plan;
Successor Holder means spouse or common-law partner designated by you as the successor holder of the TFSA in the event of your death.

More Definitions of Successor Holder

Successor Holder. Means an individual’s survivor, following the death of the individual, who was duly designated by the individual to acquire all their rights as the holder of the TFSA.
