Successor Primary Servicer definition

Successor Primary Servicer. The Person selected by the Master Servicer upon the termination of the Primary Servicer resulting from any Primary Servicer Default, if any, who shall thereafter perform the Services with respect to the Mortgage Loans and the A/B Mortgage Loans; provided, that the Master Servicer shall perform all Services with respect to the Mortgage Loans and the A/B Mortgage Loans until such Person, if any, is selected.
